Shining Light on Darkness, Uplifting Survivors, and Seeking Justice Against Human Trafficking.
We are the anti-human trafficking ministry of The Center for Liberty. Rooted in the heart of God for the oppressed and the truth of Scripture, we stand against modern-day slavery, raise awareness, support survivors, and advocate for justice—because every person is fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image (Psalm 139:14) and Christ came to proclaim liberty to the captives (Isaiah 61:1).
Pina Tondo – Chairwoman, Liberty & Justice for All
Pina Tondo serves as Chairwoman of Liberty & Justice for All, the anti-human trafficking ministry of The Center for Liberty.
After more than 50 years in New York, Pina relocated to Florida in 2023, where she continues her lifelong commitment to service and leadership. A proud Mother of three, she brings deep compassion and a heart for the vulnerable to her work. At home, she enjoys time with her beloved dog Ripple, who is very much part of her family.
Professionally, Pina is a Financial Representative and Benefits Specialist, helping families and business owners protect their financial well-being. Previously, she owned and led a successful credit and collection agency, building a reputation for integrity and excellence.
For over 18 years, Pina has been a dedicated voice in the fight against human trafficking, focusing on education, awareness, advocacy, and support for victims and survivors. She served the Republican Party as Chairman for Human Trafficking Prevention initiatives in Lee County and leads Liberty & Justice for All with the same passion for justice, mercy, and restoration.
Pina’s faith guides her work, trusting God’s call to proclaim liberty to the captives and bring hope to the broken (Isaiah 61:1). She is grateful to serve alongside others in this mission and welcomes connection through prayer, questions, or partnership.
To educate our community about human trafficking, provide practical support and hope to victims and survivors, advocate for stronger protections and justice, and equip individuals and families to recognize, prevent, and combat this evil—bringing the light of Christ into the darkest places.
A community and nation where no one is trafficked or exploited, where survivors experience healing, restoration, and renewed purpose, and where people are vigilant, informed, and actively engaged in protecting the vulnerable—reflecting God’s justice, mercy, and redemptive love.
Raise awareness through education, events, and resources about human trafficking in Lee County and beyond
Support survivors and their children with practical aid (e.g., Easter Basket Drive, referrals, encouragement)
Host expert speakers and discussions on prevention, identification, and response
Advocate for policies, laws, and community action to combat trafficking
Partner with local organizations and ministries to rescue, restore, and empower those affected
We believe God has called us to be His hands and feet in this fight—to bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, and open the prison to those who are bound (Isaiah 61:1). Every person who joins The Center for Liberty is welcome to engage in this ministry—no separate sign-up required.
If your heart is moved to stand against human trafficking, bring hope to survivors, and help shine light into darkness, you belong here. Come as you are—we’re stronger together.
